Chidori another OC

but the pic is not as original as it could be since I'm following :iconminties: lineart coloring tutorial here [link]
and they even look alike because this is really just for to get a better grip coloring

I inked it in photoshop CS2 and I've got to color it

second time I've drawn Chidori
the first was in the squad 14 pic
